Billing questions
The fine print, in plain words
- Annual or monthly?
- Both. Annual is the better deal and how most commissioners pay; monthly is there if you'd rather spread it out. You pick at checkout.
- How do I manage or cancel my plan?
- Billing runs through Stripe's secure customer portal, linked from your account page. Update your card, switch intervals, or cancel anytime — no email required.
- What happens to my trophies if I downgrade?
- They stay live. Existing trophies and their share links keep working after you drop to Free — you just won't be able to mint new ones past the free trophy.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Reach out and we'll always sort out anything that went sideways.
- Do viewers ever have to pay?
- Never. Opening a trophy, viewing it in AR, and scanning the QR are free for everyone, forever. Only the person minting trophies pays.
